1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Bina website ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this Website.
Bina is a web development and digital solutions service operated by an individual. References to "Bina," "we," "us," or "our" in this document refer to the operator of this Website.
2. Services Provided
Bina provides custom website design and software development across three packages: Standard Website (a compact website that launches fast), Conversion-Focused (a feature-rich business website designed around your brand identity), and Custom Software & Systems (web apps, management systems and integrations). The scope of work, timeline, and cost of each project are agreed upon individually between both parties before work begins, via a quote or service agreement.
Every package includes a free domain and hosting for the first year. From year two, the client renews the domain and hosting, and Bina will help choose a suitable hosting plan. First-year hosting is configured by Bina based on the project's scale.
3. Pricing & Payment
Service pricing is quoted based on the specific scope of each project, as shown in the Pricing section of the Website or through a custom quote after requirements are reviewed. A minimum 10% deposit lets Bina start your project. You pay the remaining balance only after you've reviewed and received the finished product.
4. Project Process, Delivery & Warranty
Our typical workflow includes: consultation and requirements review, quoting and scope sign-off, UI design, development, demo and feedback, testing, and final delivery. Upon full payment, the client receives the source code and full ownership of it. The number of revision rounds during design is specified in each service package or agreement.
After delivery, clients receive 30 days of free revisions and a lifetime technical warranty. The lifetime technical warranty covers fixing technical errors in the features that were delivered. New features or changes to design or scope after delivery are quoted separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, the client owns the source code and design assets created specifically for their project. Bina retains the right to reuse shared components, UI patterns, or code snippets not specific to a single client on other projects. Content on this Website (text, illustrations, the Bina brand) is owned by Bina.
6. Website Content Disclaimer
Information and content on this Website are provided on an "as is" basis. Bina makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information on this Website.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the information or services on this Website.
